The Guitar Gallery first opened its doors at 3508 Connecticut Avenue, in DC’s Cleveland Park neighborhood, under Paco de Malaga in 1987. The shop later moved down the street to 3400 Connecticut, where it was acquired by Flamenco Connection in 2007.
When that building was closed for renovation in 2014, we moved to a temporary space near Dulles Airport, and soon found that our customers had a more enjoyable experience selecting guitars in that quieter environment.
We decided to drop anchor at our current location just east of Fairfax Circle, nestled between routes 29 and 50. We are minutes from I-66, and one exit west of I-495. Routes 123 and 236 are also just minutes away, as is the Vienna Metro Station.
